About the Job
The Wisconsin Country Club is looking for a part time Server, (Banquet and Restaurant) to perform food and drink serving duties day, night and or special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner. Part time 3-5 shifts per week, Job is Seasonal starting with full service in May.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up for events by arranging tablecloths and place settings, positioning table placement and setting up a buffet.
- Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests.
- Entering orders on POS System.
- Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous waitress, waiter or banquet server experience required.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
