The Bag Room Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the welcoming environment of the Club. This is a part time, seasonal position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers with their bags and equipment upon arrival.
- Organize and store golf bags securely in the designated area.
- Help getting Carts to where they need to be.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the bag room and surrounding areas.
- Provide information about course conditions and services available.
- Assist with loading and unloading bags from carts or vehicles.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns in the bag room.
- Any additional responsibilities from Director of Golf, Golf Pros and Pro Shop Manager.
